Jim Carlson - President
Jim graduated from Southern Tech in 1971. While in school he began his construction career as a laborer. Over the years he advanced to foreman, superintendent, project manager, VP of Operations and Executive VP for a national based construction company. During those years he continued to attend classes and seminars on project management, client – customer – contractor partnership, quality control (project and corporate level), NAHRA inspection, multi-trade & building material seminars and OSHA.
Randy Gifford - Vice President
Randy graduated from the International Union of Operating Engineers in 1982. Over the years he has additionally continued his education by graduating and receiving certificates in Construction Management and Landscape Design from Harvard University. Randy has held positions as an operating engineer, superintendent, project manager, and Vice President of Operations. His expertise is in coordinating and scheduling projects to complete on time and on budget. Randy holds license in several states and now is Vice President of Innovative Construction Inc.
